IAI Providence - Airport Shuttle

I noticed there's a link on the conference page for an airport shuttle:

Has anyone contacted them to see if there's any difference between taking a cab from the airport or scheduling it with this taxi company? There's little information on the page other than their request for information.

I filled out the web-form and got an email response telling me of the time that the shuttle would pick up at both the airport and hotel, based on my itinerary.
