Hi Everyone,
If you have time, could you please take the survey on erroneous exclusions. This is strictly a 17 question survey designed to gather information about the occurrence of erroneous exclusions in your agency, the root cause of the errors, and how they are handled. There are no comparison exercises. I would like to get an idea of the average number of erroneous exclusions occurring each year and what the causes may be.
This survey also went to Quality Managers so please check to see if your QM has already taken it. There may be a need for collaboration between the examiners in your unit or with the QM. I’m looking for the most accurate information as possible.
The survey is anonymous. Thank you in advance for your time.

Could you post the link for the QA Managers part of the survey?

It's the same link. The same survey went out to Quality Managers first and one suggested that depending on the agency, the fingerprint examiners may have more information asked for in the survey.

Re: Erroneous Exclusions Survey
Thank you to everyone who has taken the survey; I really appreciate your time. If you haven't taken it, there is still time. If you took a look at it and thought it didn't pertain to your agency, please take a second look. If your agency doesn't verify exclusions most of the questions won't apply but I would still be interested in knowing how many agencies aren't verifying exclusions. Your agency might not have corrective action plans but I'd be interested in how you handle erroneous exclusions.
Thanks again.
