Science of Fingerprint Question

Post by elmoree »

Hi everyone,

I know that classification is a dying practice, but we have two LPE trainees that are in the beginning stages of learning the science, so they are reading the oh so entertaining Science of Fingerprints. Chapter 2, image 223 shows a central pocket loop. The second delta is directly below the core on the right side correct? It's been over 10 years since I've actually read the Science of Fingerprints, so I want to make sure I answered this question correctly. :|

Thank you for your assistance,

I'd put the right-hand delta on the bifurcation just below and to the right of the shepherd's crook.
