We have just started doing a technical review of all processing cases.
I think this refers to needing someone to authorize a result in ANAB. Since we are treating processing as a result then all processing cases negative or positive would end up needing a technical review. Prior to this we would only do an administrative review of negative processing cases.
We are not doing verification of negative processing. So we do not have another examiner look at the evidence to see if there was something to photograph. We would only do that when the examiner is on supervised casework and they are having everything double checked by another examiner.
