Does anybody have any information on Regina vs. MARS, a Canadian case where an issue was raised because the latent fingerprint was developed on a portable item?
If so, could you post a link through which I could get more information? I truly have no idea where to even start looking for this.
Thanx.

If it is a Canadian Supreme Court decision, you might try:

There are several ways to search there.

Thanks.....I searched under the name and the topic, but couldn't find it.
I have added the site to my favourites, however.
I'll keep looking.
