I found this rather interesting based on a thread I started about a year ago, here in the CLPEX forums:

Ronan also wrote, "My suggestion would be that any change in an examiner’s Certification status be published in the JFI, just as new applicants or awardees are. "

As far as I'm aware, in the past the IAI has published the names of those who have had their certifications revoked. An example can be found in the JFI; Vol 53, No. 3, May/June 2003.

It was my understanding that neither the FBI examiners nor Ken Moses were contacted by the IAI in response to the Mayfield error, but that Mr. Moses wrote a letter to the IAI requesting that his certification be revoked in response to the error. Did the FBI examiners take the same forthcoming actions?
