As far as I'm aware, in the past the IAI has published the names of those who have had their certifications revoked. An example can be found in the JFI; Vol 53, No. 3, May/June 2003.

IAI Certification revocation
It was my understanding that neither the FBI examiners nor Ken Moses were contacted by the IAI in response to the Mayfield error, but that Mr. Moses wrote a letter to the IAI requesting that his certification be revoked in response to the error. Did the FBI examiners take the same forthcoming actions?
