fingerprint methodology for human bone

I have made a previous post about a research project I am conducting involving the lifting of latents off human bone. With only 2 literary references, I decided to repost to see if anyone has any new thoughts. What methods are currently used and which are the best?

I should imagine the reason for that is that there is not much call for it, I imagine it comes down to the basics is it porous, what colour is it, then experiment on something similar, head for the Fingerprint Development Handbook put out by the PSDB in the UK and you can't go wrong.

I wonder if Fish and Wildlife may have a FP methodology for bone...I sort of remember an article quite a while back about fingerprint methods on ivory and thought that was a bit out of the ordinary. Maybe they have something unpublished?? Good luck,
