Is blood spatter 'proof' junk science? Video from CNN

Post by Heather Baxter »

Has anyone watched this ~5 min video? It briefly touches on the NAS report. I didn't know that a private attorney could pursue criminal charges against an individual in Texas when the County/District Attorney chooses not to prosecute. Does this happen often?

Anybody else having a problem with this "reenactment"? I wonder what the results would have been if the shooter had been standing more over the target, not at arm's length, and not at 3/4 profile. How much blood did she inject into the heart from that syringe? And that deer steak or whatever it is that is supposed to represent a human sternum looks way too thick and meaty.
