With everything being updated, now is a good time to check in and see if you can access your usernames. I've found, while doing some mass deletions of spam registration attempts over the last 7 years, that some people have created several usernames.

In some cases, they've used an agency email and no longer work at that agency. Then they forgot their password and can't recover it. I can help with that. I can't access passwords, but I can create a new password so that you can get it and update the info (including the password) so that you can continue to log in.

Some legitimate registrations never were completed by clicking the link that should have been sent for confirmation. Those automatically get hung in an inactive state. I've sent out some reminders to what appear to be legitimate registrations that were never completed. Some of these are up to a year old.

CLPEX doesn't require registration to read all topics at this time, but if you want to post you'll need to register.
