It can be found in IPSC Fingerprint Detection Techniques Manual.

I can kind of get it. It's so obscure, even the university system I have access to is only partial. There's a page 2, but only has like one paragraph... And it's blurred.

Institute of Forensic Science and Criminology (IPSC) of the University of Lausanne. Not sure if they published it or if it is just listed as a citation in their manual. I have passed on most of my reference collection and relying on listings in some files.

Hello,

I was nice to see IPSC mentioned again. It was the name of our institute before us being renamed Ecole des Sciences Criminelles (ESC). Attached is a copy of the paper in Nature.

Full reference: Odén S, von Hofsten B. Detection of Fingerprints by the Ninhydrin Reaction. Nature 1954; 173:449-450.
