Court information:
Six Flags Lawsuit
Summary: Parents sued Six Flags saying they weren't properly notified that the fingerprint scan of their 14yo was collected to determine eligibility to enter the park should they lose their pass. Disney has been doing this for years. I think this stems from an Illinois law so if anyone from there can provide additional commentary, please do so. Just interesting that we're seeing challenges to biometric collection.
We've already seen facial stuff get challenged and written into law.
