It basically boils down to: don't be racist or corrupt; don't murder people; follow the Constitution. Or were you thinking of something relating more to forensic science?

It was a tongue-in-cheek comment about the seeming lack of accountability for some officer's behavior. I know it's not prevalent nor specific - but it always feels like the forensic folks are heavily scrutinized by the courts when I personally know police officers who are Brady'ed that don't care and it hasn't made them change anything about how they perform their job.
