If anyone has information on training available in the Texas area regarding Digital SLR marco photography I would be interested in hearing from you. I have had some success in using our new Nikon D70 SLR with Macro lens in photographing latents both on the evidence itself and on cards after lifting. I've also had good results from our regular Sony digital photographing the evidence in Cindy Litchfield's "Cloud Dome" with side lighting from lamps manufactured by Daylight Company, LLC. I am hoping to have more time to fine tune both procedures and would welcome any input from those who have used either / both including 1:1 photography / development.
Any suggestions are welcome.

I would suggest George Reis of Imaging Forensics. He has a lot of experience and can provide references. Check out his web site at www.imagingforensics.com
