Frank Kendall

On behalf of an individual that can't, won't or doesn't post to this forum, I post the following:

Frank Kendall of the Georgia Division and past IAI Board Member passed away this morning after a long battle with cancer.

Frank serviced with me and many others on the IAI board of directors. Frank was also very instrumental in what we now call CA fuming.

On my own personal note, I first met Frank Kendall at the 1975 IAI at Key Biscayne. He was sharing a room with another old colleague of mine that has also passed, Ottis Garrett. None of us from USACIL had met Frank and when we did, he was pegged as some sort of hippie with his beads (at the time). As everyone knows, Frank was to be a really great guy and a true professional colleague. We had many great times over the past 30 years in the IAI, Georgia IAI and 'behind the stacks'. Frank, you will be missed.
