Fingerprint Study

Does anyone know of a study done in England/Scotland about 7 years ago where there were 2 prints found to have not been the same even though they had 16 pts of similarity?

I know of a study of the use of 16 pts. in England but this?

This was brought up in court by a defense attorney.
