Is anybody out there able to assist

In the jfi 46(2).1996\155 reference is made to a paper that Mr. Bill Byford from the Greater Manchester Police was working on at the time.

The paper was about designing and validating pre-employment tests for latent print examiners. Does anybody know if this paper has been published or is availible?

Any other information on pre-employment tests/criteria will be appreciated.
