Validation for Lightning Powder reference pads

My supervisor has recently purchased a couple of the Lighting Powder latent print reference pads, one for sebaceous oil secretions and one for amino acids. He has assigned me the task of completing a validation of the pads so that we can use them in casework (since we are an ASCLD lab). Have any of your agencies used these pads? Has anyone performed a validation of them? If so, may I have a copy of the validation so that I can use it as a model?
